As a Centerless Grinder Process Development and Customer Training Specialist (also known as Machine Setup Specialist, Grinding Process Developer), you'll be responsible for part print and tooling verification, machine setup, and grinding for customer machine qualifications. You'll also provide machine start-up assistance at customer facilities and offer advice for customer-specific applications. Your clients will be from various industrial manufacturing sectors, including aerospace fasteners manufacturers, bar grinding service providers, and contract manufacturing companies.

• Experience in Cincinnati Centerless Grinder machine setup and operation.
• Proficiency in instructing others, teaching process and machine control.
• Operational experience with general machine shop equipment and Centerless grinding theory for thru-feed and in-feed applications.
• General mechanical aptitude with industrial machinery operations and Grinding Automation (Gantry loaders, bowl feeders) experience.
• Understanding of Servo motors, CNC controls, HMIs, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel to customer locations in North America and manage customer relationships.
