Production Operator

Role

As a Production Operator (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Assistant), you'll operate equipment used in the manufacturing of high-conductance flexible circuits and intelligent wiring systems. You'll ensure production and quality standards, assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance, inspect raw materials, carry out basic quality checks, and prepare products for shipping.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous production operations, material handling, or technician experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing.
  • Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and machine safety inspections.
