Path Engineering

As a Manufacturing Associate (also known as Production Operator, Equipment Technician), you'll operate designated equipment to manufacture parts, perform visual inspections, and package quality products. Your role will also involve operating multiple conveyors, performing secondary operations, and maintaining a clean and effective work environment.

• Flexible 12-hour shifts, both day and night, with only 180 working days per year.
• Competitive pay, paid biweekly, with additional $0.50 shift differential for night shifts.
• Paid holidays and vacation in the first year, with the schedule known a year in advance.

• Ability to read and interpret written information, follow policies and procedures, and monitor own work to ensure quality.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with injection molding machines and forklifts.
• Physical ability to lift 35 lbs, stand for 10 hours, and perform manual tasks with hand dexterity.
