Role

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician (also known as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Specialist), you'll be responsible for overseeing the installation, setup, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment. Your duties will also include troubleshooting and replacing electrical components, upgrading process control equipment, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of control systems.

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Maintenance or Industrial Technology (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, creating preventive maintenance plans, and troubleshooting CNC machines.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical systems troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, welding, tool and die, and lift truck operations.
  • Must have or be able to obtain the necessary tools.
