Role

As a Production Equipment Operator (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Associate), you'll operate production equipment in accordance with process control plans and safety protocols. You'll be responsible for meeting safety, quality, and customer requirements, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, and actively participating in team meetings. You'll also be expected to rotate job assignments and learn all operations in your department.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting.
