Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You'll work on a variety of production equipment including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. You'll also troubleshoot and repair facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, air compressors, Reverse Osmosis, other water filtration equipment, and perform general maintenance of the plant.

Qualifications
  • Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment.
  • Ability to repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at the facility.
  • Proficiency in Blueprint Reading, PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical Schematics, Pneumatics Experience, Hydraulics Experience.
