Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment availability by completing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with a team to recommend and implement solutions that minimize plant downtime. You'll utilize your extensive electrical and mechanical skills to impact the organization and contribute to a collaborative safety culture.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial environment, with 10-15 years’ experience preferred.
• Education and practical experience in the areas of electrical, mechanical, control systems, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics and strong troubleshooting skills – both Mechanical and Electrical.
• Experience with machine repair, ideally with CNC machining equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and motivation to work without constant supervision in a group setting.
