Sr. Maintenance Technician

Role
As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), you'll ensure equipment uptime, share knowledge of production equipment, act as a subject matter expert in at least one equipment area, and develop and implement best practices. You'll also train and lead operators, mechanics, and supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging, and work directly with plant leadership to develop and execute projects.

- High School Diploma or GED (Associate's Degree in manufacturing or similar field preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Experience with machinery such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
- Skilled in the use of precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
- Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of plant or machine center.
