Extrusion Team Lead

Role

As a Natural Team Leader (also known as Dispatch Team Leader, Production Supervisor), you'll be responsible for supporting the overall team's mission, leading work teams in daily operations, and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality. You'll also be involved in receiving, order picking, loading, equipment handling, inventory management, and maintenance tasks. This role will require you to step in for the Dispatch/Team Leader during absences and may require overtime work.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with college or technical coursework highly desired.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with SAP and the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with all levels of the organization, and provide effective coaching and training.
