Path Engineering

As a Production Operator (also known as Coating Line Operator, Manufacturing Technician), your primary responsibility will be to operate the coating line's Take-Up end to produce specialty tape products. This includes adhering to ISO quality guidelines, preparing materials for coating or lamination, handling roll shafts, and utilizing material handling machinery. You'll also be expected to report equipment and material problems, and perform additional tasks as needed.

• Sign on Bonus of $1000 and Retention Bonuses of $500 at 90 and 180 days.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing) and basic computer skills.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and forklift operation.
