Path Engineering

As a Quality Supervisor (also known as Quality Assurance Supervisor, Quality Control Supervisor), you'll oversee and maintain the plant's Quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, federal, and local laws. You'll focus on identifying and achieving facility Quality KPI's through appropriate corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also supervise cheese formulations, monitor ingredient specifications, and support the plant's auditing control program.

• Proven history of technical quality or production knowledge in Food or relevant manufacturing settings.
• Education or Operational/On the job knowledge of Food Science, Food Production, Manufacturing Quality/Operations, or other relevant environments.
• Strong leadership, technical, communication and interpersonal skills required along with attention to detail.
