CNC Machinist

Role

As a CNC Machinist (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Technician), you'll specialize in either Milling or Turning, operating various CNC machines. Your duties will include machine setup, programming, reading and editing G&M code, performing first piece and in-process quality inspections, and meeting precise tolerances and finishing requirements.

  • Flexible work schedule with options for 2nd or 3rd shift (4/10 or 5/8 schedule).
  • Shift premium of 10% for 2nd shift and 15% for 3rd shift.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of CNC experience preferred, but willing to train suitable candidates with less experience.
  • Strong math skills and the ability to work from detailed part drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in G-Code, M-Code, and GD&T.
  • Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), and CNC Lathe (5+ axis) preferred.
