Path Engineering

As a Night Warehouse Selector (also known as Order Picker, Warehouse Operative), you'll safely and accurately select customer orders, operate an electric pallet, and ensure products are damage-free. You'll also collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Starting wage of $19.25 per hour, with potential to earn over $31 per hour with incentive pay.

• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, with potential for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in a high endurance or physically demanding role (e.g., sports/fitness, farming, construction work).
• Experience in large-scale order selection in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment and able to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively.
