Path Engineering

As an Operations Supervisor (also known as Distribution Supervisor, Production Supervisor), you'll plan, direct, and assign work activities in a distribution department. You'll support and implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in operation methods, manage functional areas, and use Continuous Improvement tools to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You'll also encourage and guide employees to participate in improvement programs.

• 2+ years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
