Path Engineering

As a Manufacturing Associate (also known as Production Assistant, Manufacturing Operator), you'll be involved in all stages of the manufacturing process, from initial product vision to quality assurance testing. You'll be responsible for ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks, contributing to continuous improvement efforts, and implementing LEAN manufacturing principles.

• Starting wage of $22.00/hour.

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or an Associate's degree/military service.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
• Experience with root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and moving heavy objects, and performing repetitive motions.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with a drive for professional and personal growth.
