Quality Operator

Role

As a Quality Operator (also known as Quality Inspector, Quality Control Operator), you'll be responsible for reviewing products and materials during the manufacturing process to ensure they meet company requirements. Your duties will include measuring objects against their intended specifications, conducting quality tests, and identifying defects.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or process-focused role in a high-volume manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Mechanical inspection experience using basic and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.).
  • Familiarity with common workplace software (Microsoft Office).
  • Independent problem solver with a desire to learn new skills and technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced start-up setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (plus).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, 5S (plus).
