Role

As a Cost Accountant (also known as Financial Controller, Manufacturing Accountant), you'll be responsible for month-end financial management, rigorous reconciliation, cross-functional collaboration, comprehensive plant costing support, direct labor efficiency oversight, standard cost management, scrap collection and recovery tracking, appropriation request monitoring, vendor invoice approval oversight, fixed asset management, forecast and budget support, audit preparation and support, and serving as a backup to the Plant Controller.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Two to five years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably in a plant manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ability to work with various financial and reporting systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
