Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Machinery Repair Technician), you'll be responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of all plant machinery and equipment. This includes operating a variety of machinery such as blow mold machinery, leak detectors, conveyor systems, and more. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, requiring close attention to quality and detail.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent - college, technical or vocational education preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing work experience.
  • Proficiency in at least FOUR (4) of the following trades: Welding, Electronics, Air Compressor, Blow Molding, Micrometers, Machine Shop, Hydraulics, Refrigeration, Packaging Maintenance, Calipers, Electrical Maintenance, Programmable Logic Controller, Injection Molding, Building Maintenance.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Experience with forklift operation.
  • Good computer skills, and ability to learn and efficiently use various computer programs.
  • Ability to work as part of a Team and individually while exhibiting positive teamwork.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk up to 12-hours on concrete or other hard surfaces, lift/carry up to 75 lbs, and bend and twist repetitively during shift.
  • Experience with electrical troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
