Path Engineering

As a Fitter/Welder (also known as Sheet Metal Welder, MIG Welder), you'll work independently or as part of a small team to create sheet metal weldments. You'll interpret mechanical engineering drawings to determine weld locations, sizes, and lengths within given tolerances. You'll also ensure the cosmetic and visual standards of the weldment, which may involve grinding welds and polishing sheet metal.

• 1st shift schedule (Monday – Thursday 6am – 4:30pm).

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in welding and fitting.
• Proficiency in MIG welding of mild and stainless steel, basic fitting, and grinding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, perform basic layouts, and inspect parts for basic dimensions.
