Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll be responsible for directing the development and implementation of production goals, ensuring quality, meeting customer delivery deadlines, and improving financial performance. You will manage a team of approximately 50 employees, prioritize production schedules, plan and administer procedures and budgets, and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in supervision/engineering in an electrical or electro-mechanical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively, take initiative, and exercise good judgment.
• Effective communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and collaboration skills.
