As a Production Supervisor (also known as Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You'll supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, train and mentor team members, implement safety procedures, and collaborate with various departments to optimize production processes.
