As an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Technical Support Supervisor, Production Floor Supervisor), you will provide direction and technical expertise to the Electro-Mechanical Technicians on the production floor. You'll maintain open communication between the production team and the Electro-Mechanics to improve the overall process, provide work instructions, develop proficiencies, and drive compliance with our Computerized Maintenance Management System.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluency in English.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a fully automated production environment.
• Proven leadership or management positions.
• Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, and Electrical Schematics.
