Path Engineering

As an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Technical Expert, Production Support Leader), you'll provide direction and technical expertise to the Electro-Mechanical Technicians on the production floor. You'll maintain open communication between the production team and the Electro-Mechanics to help improve the overall process, provide work instructions, develop staff proficiencies, and ensure compliance with our Computerized Maintenance Management System.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fully automated production environment.
• Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance Planning, and Leadership/People Management.
