Maintenance Technician - Starting at $36/hour!

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. Your role involves troubleshooting and repair of all production equipment, facilities, and auxiliary equipment. You'll work directly with machine Operators, Supervisors, and Senior Maintenance Technicians to resolve mechanical issues that arise during shift and propose solutions to complex and reoccurring problems on production equipment.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment or field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
  • Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries is preferred.
  • Experience with variable frequency drive (VFD), servo drives, and servo motor is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
