Role

As a Controls Engineer (also known as Electrical Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer), you'll be responsible for technological advancements and project management to improve manufacturing processes. This involves writing and troubleshooting PLC and HMI programs, collaborating on equipment repair and upgrades, improving production reporting, and managing various projects related to equipment installations, energy savings, and safety improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering (equivalent experience with technical degree considered).
  • Proven experience with writing and troubleshooting PLC programs.
  • Ability to create electrical schematics and facility layouts in AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
