Role

As a Senior Maintenance Technician - PLC (also known as Electrical Maintenance Specialist, PLC Technician), you'll ensure equipment uptime through in-depth electrical troubleshooting of 480VAC & 24VDC components. You'll have a strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the plant, perform troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment, and general electrical maintenance of the building and grounds. You'll work directly with Maintenance Technicians, Machine Operators, Supervisors, and Managers to resolve both electrical and mechanical issues.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in an electrical maintenance environment, with 4+ years of experience managing people/projects.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting one or more of the following automation systems: Allen Bradley (AB), B&R, and/or Siemens.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Familiarity with all basic hand tools, multi-meter and PLC Hardware (I/O modules, communication modules, CPUs and safety relays).
