As a Machine Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Machine Maintenance Supervisor), you'll be responsible for the maintenance and daily operations of casting machines, process parameters, sampling, and process development. You'll supervise all maintenance personnel on your shift, assign duties, conduct training, and assist in the hiring process. You'll also troubleshoot and repair various machine parts, oversee safety procedures, and work with other team leaders to maintain effective communication and ensure quality control.

• Associate's degree in Maintenance field or equivalent.
• 4 years supervisory experience.
