Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Equipment Maintenance Manager, Production Maintenance Coordinator), you'll oversee all equipment maintenance and repair activities, ensuring minimal downtime. You'll coordinate work schedules, manage preventative maintenance programs using CMMS, and design or modify equipment to meet production needs. You'll also play a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to quality, production, safety, and HR policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in production management, engineering or other technical field with a minimum of 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and practical experience managing industrial electrical systems preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn and use company specific software.
