Path Engineering

As a Production Shift Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Manager), you'll oversee the activities of the manufacturing team, from raw material handling to final product packing. Your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and safety, as well as achieving customer satisfaction. You'll manage settings, conduct tests, and regulate manufacturing processes to ensure flawless production.

• Full-time position with a “2-2-3” schedule and non-rotating day or night shifts.

• Experience in supervising production employees, including conducting interviews, training, evaluations, and basic disciplinary activities.
• Ability to solve work problems, assess team training needs, and improve operation methods.
