Path Engineering

As a Lead Person in the Weld Department (also known as Welding Supervisor, Welding Team Leader), you'll be responsible for directing all hourly employees in the department, organizing job duties, overseeing training for new hires, mentoring safety programs, prioritizing daily workflow, creating inspection sheets and weld maps, troubleshooting mechanical issues, coordinating inventory cycle counts, and working with engineers and suppliers to resolve quality issues.

• Previous leadership experience (i.e. lead person, crew leader, etc.).
• At least 3 years of welding experience and ability to pass the weld test with no issues.
• Experience with PCs and Windows software, ability to read technical documents, and knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality system.
