Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Facility Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll lead both our overnight and day teams, ensuring the uninterrupted continuity of facility, manufacturing, and support systems. You'll represent the company as a management team member, advancing the goals of Safety, Quality, and Productivity in a food manufacturing environment. You'll also coach team members, supervise their performance, and troubleshoot various systems and machinery.

• Associate's degree (A.S.) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 2-7 years of experience in food, beverage, or consumer goods in a manufacturing plant.
