Industrial Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll perform mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing defective parts, operating various machining operations, and complying with safety and housekeeping standards. You will also participate in continuous improvement activities and use predictive maintenance technologies to monitor equipment performance.

Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED). An Associate's degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry is preferred.
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing repairs is required.
  • Skills in using basic and specialized tools. Experience with Servo Motors, Conveyor Systems, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) like Allen Bradley and Siemens is a plus.
