Path Engineering

As a Batch/Compound Manager (also known as Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee the production of cosmetic batches, manage raw material formulation, ensure quality standards, and streamline workflow. You'll also supervise and coordinate the activities of the batching/compounding team, develop and maintain standard operating procedures, and collaborate with R&D and quality control teams to optimize batch formulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; previous experience in batch/compound management or production management, preferably in the cosmetic industry, is required.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
