Role

As a Welder (also known as Fabricator, Welding Technician), you'll join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using appropriate welding techniques. You'll interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process, inspect completed welds for structural soundness, and prepare materials and set up for a welding device or robot. You'll also support safety and quality programs by following all rules and established processes.

Qualifications
  • Ability to operate forklift and cranes, read and interpret simple blueprints, and use a variety of hand tools and measuring tools.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Must pass a MIG welder certification. Relevant apprenticeship, experience, or vocational training, preferred.
