Role

As an Account Manager (also known as Client Relations Specialist, Customer Success Manager), you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing everything from project development to billing issues. This role involves maintaining and building customer relationships, project management, order entry, and participation in company initiatives. You will also be responsible for in-house duties such as maintaining the ERP and CRM systems, and developing forecast numbers.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
