Role

As an Electrician (also known as Electrical Technician, Maintenance Electrician), you'll perform a variety of electrical work, including the design, installation, modification, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. You'll also support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and repairing facilities and manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications
  • High school degree or G.E.D. with completion of an electrician apprenticeship program that includes theoretical work and on-the-job training.
  • 5+ years as a licensed electrician in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting.
  • Experience with automation, PLC, BMS, and related control systems. Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical Troubleshooting, and Mechanical Troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, diagrams, schematics, equipment instructions, requirements, and business correspondences.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), knowledge of the National Electrical code and NFPA-70E, and ability to obtain and hold a fork truck, platform lift, boom lift and Boat (Stock Chaser) license.
