Role

As a Switchgear Electrical Panel Designer (also known as Electrical Design Engineer, Switchgear Designer), you'll design and create electrical panels for switchgear systems, create detailed schematics using CAD software, collaborate with engineers and project managers, select appropriate components for panel construction, perform quality checks, and provide support during panel assembly and installation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in designing electrical panels for switchgear systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Schematics, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, CAD Software, PLC Programming Experience, SCADA Experience, and PLC Wiring Experience.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Driver's License.
  • Experience with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing).
  • Experience with SCADA, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, Panasonic, Schneider Electric, Beckoff, Modicon, B&R Industrial Automation).
