Role
As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your duties will include machining components for our products, ensuring quality control, and working collaboratively with the team to produce high-quality components. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, running batches of components, and performing routine preventative maintenance on machines.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience as a Machine Operator and ability to interpret specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
- Knowledge of the Metric System (Microns, Millimeters, etc) and basic math skills.
- Able to use gauges to measure parts and ensure they stay within the acceptable tolerances.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, exert 25 to 100 pounds of force occasionally and exert 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Requires pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching, standing, walking, gripping and bending.
- Must pass a Drug Test.
