Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You'll work with a variety of production equipment, including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. You'll also troubleshoot and repair facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, air compressors, Reverse Osmosis, other water filtration equipment, and perform general maintenance of the plant.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree in manufacturing or related field preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, managing people/projects.
• Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries preferred.
• Skilled in the repair of variable frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, communication systems, PLC input/output cards, and safety modules.
