Maintenance Technician

Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Professional (also known as Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic), you'll perform entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance. This includes adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments, repairing or replacing defective parts, and reconditioning or repairing machine tools. You'll also identify needed parts and supplies, provide support for other team members, and ensure compliance with Maintenance Industry Standards and housekeeping standards. Additionally, you may be required to operate simple machining operations and perform basic welding tasks.

Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Associates degree with a Technical focus or 18 months of related experience in general industry.
  • Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems and ability to perform repairs.
