Role
As a Field Service Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Field Support Specialist), you'll perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of electromechanical equipment. This includes troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures, performing maintenance following guidelines, using hand and power tools for machine assembly and repair, and responding to on-site preventative maintenance service calls. You'll also communicate effectively with customers and team members, and maintain meticulous reporting protocols.
