As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Production Operator), you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment, using various tools to cut, process, and assemble window components, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You'll also be expected to inspect products for quality, handle material, pack finished goods, and actively contribute to the team.
