Path Engineering

As a Saddle Assembler (also known as Saddle Craftsman, Saddle Technician), you will expertly assemble various components of high-quality western saddles, including the seat, skirt, billets, and hardware. You will also ensure quality control, solve problems that arise during assembly, and collaborate with other team members to streamline the assembly process and meet production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in saddle making or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in saddle assembly or related field, with a demonstrated track record of crafting high-quality saddles.
• Proficiency in saddle construction techniques, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
