As a Packer Operator (also known as Packaging Technician, Packaging Operator), your main duties will include operating packaging equipment, ensuring a steady supply of materials, and maintaining safety and efficiency. You'll also assist in product changeovers, ensure correct code dates, and adhere to all plant guidelines for safety and quality control.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in operating packaging equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, perform basic mathematical calculations, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Physical ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and forklift operation.
