Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Production Operations Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee the overall production process, manage employees, organize workflows, and ensure operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You'll also assist in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes, maintain a variety of reports and records, and work closely with various support groups.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years in a technical manufacturing continuous improvement environment).
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience; prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Good level of assertiveness, working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, and ability to work on multiple projects at once with tight deadlines.
• General knowledge of basic hardware and software and uses of a variety of different computer operating systems such as Microsoft Office Work, Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace, and website software. PLC user or programming experience is a plus.
