Path Engineering

As a Team Lead (also known as Production Supervisor, Shift Manager), you'll oversee the performance of the production lines, manage continuous improvement, scrap verification and reduction, and coordinate raw material verification for the current shift. You'll ensure machinery and equipment are safe, employees are trained and qualified, and production meets schedules and delivery requirements. You'll also participate in training and development of team members, and communicate results and issues to staff and supervisors.

• 5 - 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
