Path Engineering

As a Molding Operator (also known as Molding Technician, Mold Specialist), you'll set up, operate, and tend molds to create elements for a wide variety of products. You'll coordinate with other departments to ensure machines work properly and accurate run of molds, keep track of daily output requirements, and ensure the quality of the elements produced.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of continuous molding experience.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to read precision measuring instruments.
• Proficiency in computer spreadsheets and ability to interpret production schedules.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
