Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll maximize the potential of the production staff through effective assignment, prioritization of work, and proper planning of product, material, and tooling. You'll also be responsible for staff training and development, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities, and enforcing company policies and procedures. This is a hands-on supervisory position that involves direct interaction with the manufacturing operations team.

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of leadership.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a production work environment.
• 3-5 years’ work experience in a metal stamping environment.
• Strong planning/organization & time management skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
