Path Engineering

As a Quality Supervisor (also known as Quality Control Supervisor, Quality Assurance Supervisor), you'll work closely with the production team across multiple shifts to foster a collaborative environment. Your role will involve enhancing quality technical processes, supervising the team on the manufacturing floor, ensuring the team meets plant and departmental goals, and ensuring quality conforms to all regulations, instructions, and standards. You'll also be responsible for organizing and recommending improvements to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within equipment capability.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency in Quality Inspection, Quality Control Data Analysis, and People Management.
• Experience with Quality Control Software.
• Availability to work 1st or 3rd shift and cover other shifts as requested.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
