As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll oversee the production of closures, ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance. You'll manage equipment, enforce SOPs, and use basic quality tools. You'll also develop, supervise, and mentor employees, fostering a positive workplace and effective communication.
